Clean and functional rooms, with good WiFi and helpful staff. the location near public transportation was great for exploring the city and getting around. the breakfast was adequate and provided a good start to the day.
The noise level was a major issue, with heavy traffic on the street making it hard to sleep. the lack of ventilation in the stairwell was a problem, as well as difficulties with the air conditioning system.

The hotel staff was very helpful, especially Claudia at the front desk and Grace in the kitchen, who served a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, toast, crepes, and coffee. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air-conditioning and fans to combat the hot and humid weather. There was also toothbrush and toothpaste provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was great for exploring the city, with easy access to bus lines and the ferry.
Couldn't stay longer.

We spent our Xmas holidays at this hotel and we had a decent experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked well, which was great considering the hot and humid weather outside. We were also happy to find out that there was a shuttle service available at a reasonable price, which made it easier for us to move around the city. we enjoyed the local breakfast options served at the hotel, which gave us a chance to taste the local cuisine.
We were disappointed to find out that the hotel did not provide tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which meant that we had to pay for each cup of tea we wanted to have. the hotel's location was not ideal as there were not many options for food or shopping in the surrounding area.
